NUUC will be hosting a drive thru petition signing event at our church April 21, from Noon until 2:00 PM (1574 Franklin Street, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035).  This event will allow people to sign the petition to place an amendment on the ballot to establish a Citizens Redistricting Commission and end partisan gerrymandering in Ohio, in addition to drawing awareness to our congregation.  You can read more about the proposed amendment at fairdistrictsohio.org.    We need volunteers for this event!  We need some people to hold signs (for just a single one-hour shift) to help direct people to the church (the signs will be provided, and the locations have already been scouted).  We will also need some volunteers to help collect signatures.
