Juneteenth and Joy as a Spiritual Practice

Living in a world rife with racial oppression and other forms of injustice is heartbreaking. However, one of the lessons of Juneteenth is that freedom can come if we work for it. Commissioned Lay Minister Morgan Patten will explore how joy and resilience, as spiritual practices inform our work for liberation. Intern Minister and Interim Director of Religious Education Jacquie Zarley offers a story, and Rev. Susan Ritchie hosts this worship.
