Sound Bath with Lisa Price on Oct. 12th

The Beyond Words Covenant Group will again host Lisa Price for another delightful Sound Bath experience, on Sunday, Oct. 12th, in Fellowship Hall, starting at noon and lasting approximately an hour. Lisa creates a soothing, meditative “bath” of sound through the use of tuned chrystal bowls, chimes, Buddhist metal bowls, sea drums and other intriguing instruments.

Participants should bring somthing comfortable to lie on, e.g. yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag, as well as a pillow and/or light blanket for the extended meditation. Chairs will also be available if you prefer to sit. Teens and adults from the congregation as well as the wider community are welcome to participate. Free will offering to compensate Lisa for time and travel.
