PRAYER BEAD PARTY FOR HORIZON GRADUATES AT THE OHIO REFORMATORY FOR WOMEN: Horizon Prison Initiative will be graduating the first group of women at ORW on June 1, 2018.  In recognition of their accomplishment, NUUC will be providing the graduates with prayer bead bracelets and a copy of a Unitarian Universalist Prayer Bead Practice which draws upon the prayer practices of a number of religious traditions and seeks to put together a pattern of prayer that can be tailored to each person’s needs and understandings. This practice uses the image of a journey, one form of prayer moving into the next.  Join Horizon Outside Sisters on Thursday, April 19^th, 6:30-8:30 pm at NUUC to help make the bracelets.  You can sign up on the bulletin board in Fellowship Hall or contact Pam Patsch at pgp723@aol.com.
